Who Will Protect Men's Rights: A Nation Overwhelmed With Blind Women Empowerment

The case of Rohtak Sisters has opened the eyes and brought in light the long underestimated topic of Men's rights being violated in the shade of false complaints. We are so obsessed with a few girls beating a few boys that we didn't wait to look at the incident and declared the two girls as the figure of greatness. The whole media rushed to cover the incident and everyone was interested to share some part of the women bravery so that the TRP ratings can be equally shared.
So fascinating- two girls beating a boy, what a bravery. Said our newspapers. Then the next day the Haryana Government declared to give an award of Rs31000 to both the 'shameless' bravehearts and that too on the eve of Republic Day. The police registered the case against the boys within 24 hours and the boys were arrested. Fancy taglines of -molesters, eve teasers were awarded to them without even listening there side of the story.

That's our approach towards equality. We at some point either don't respect women and the only next thing we know is to assume that a girl can't lie and she's always right. There are just two sides to our story. Its not the first time that a man has been molested due to false complaints. The number of false rape reports that came to Delhi High Court between April 2013-July 2013  is 53%. In all, in 2013 there were a total of 1,559 cases of rape in Delhi, where the acquittal rate was 78%. This was a 22% jump from the earlier 46% of acquittal in 2012, when there were a total of 680 cases filed. In modern countries when some law shows this alarming amount of false reports, then the law is immediately scrapped.Women’s misuse of the accusation to gain various advantages makes a mockery of the stringent laws adopted by the Indian parliament last year that were designed to prevent (real) crimes against women. The same is the case with the anti-dowry act- where any girl not satisfied with her marriage would file for a false dowry demand report and the boy's family got arrested. The rate of false report in dowry cases was so high that the Supreme Court was bound to amend the section 498A  and made provision that without proof, the family of the boy side cannot be arrested by the police. It became a business setup to earn money in modern societies- a web of lawyers and fraud families. Marry, then file a fake dowry case, then demand a huge sum of money to close the case.

The issue of molestation is basically a social problem. Its the problem of the communication gap among the boys and girls, a more interactive atmosphere may eliminate any such incidents. May be my views does not coincide with that of feminists who will bring up the fake datas of NGOs.
In rural areas the women facing molestation are unable to file a report in the police, because the police is inaccessible and  the society doesn't support the cause of women. This can be solved by modernizing the society and making law more accessible to people. Inspite of doing any ground work improvements, we often believe in creating blind strict laws considering women to be an incarnation of god and completely overlook the boy's side. Ultimately the people for whom we make such laws are still out of reach of the law, but it does give a fair chance for modern societies to generate a new way of earning fraud money. Its not only the boys who get harassed by such laws, its the women too.
Let's take the case of Rohtak Boys. Don't you think because of this false incident, the mother of the boys got hurt, there sisters got hurt? Are they not women? When a women is the victim, then according to us the only women alive is the victim and we shower all our sympathies on her, without even investigating. We don't consider that our blind sympathies are also effecting other women involved, the women on the man's side.
A day in jail or even a false case destroys the family, the future and the carrier of a man. Even if the man comes out clean after long judicial process-will the court be able to provide him back his dignity?? His lost pride?? The monetary loss he faces?? Do we take action against the women who filed the false report. How many cases have been filed against the girls after the Rohtak sisters turned out to be fraud?? answer is zero.

If boys molest girls, its bad, it should be opposed and dealt with strictly. But if a girl files a false report, the punishment should be equally harsh. Feminists, whom I hate, shout for equality, so where your shout for equality goes when it comes to convicting false report incident. I can't see any women organization condemning this, or condemning any other such incidents. You are somewhat effecting your own cause because in the shade of false reports, the real victims of rape couldn't get justice in time. A sharp rise of false reports will ultimately result in an atmosphere where a society and the law will stop believing on girls and their reports; and the real victims will get effected. Then you will not be left with an answer.

We are just too overwhelmed with women empowerment, because its a story and we are blind. A criminal is a criminal and should be dealt equally, and if you think women don't lie, then hell you haven't talked to one yet. They lie all the time.....:)
